• Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all required modules and assessments.
• Course content may be updated or retired at any time.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. By purchasing a course you authorize NovaQuest Cloudworks to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Prices are shown in USD and may include applicable taxes.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all first-time purchases. To request a refund, contact support within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for courses that have been more than 50% completed or for accounts that have violated these Terms.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. Prohibited activities include uploading malicious content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, and harassing other users.

7. Intellectual Property
